How long have you been doing spiritual work/teaching? I began with psychic readings in 1990 and starting teaching related classes in the winter of 1993. However, my personal journey with spiritual work began over 30+ years ago and continues today.

 

I’ve noticed that you have an accent over the ‘n’ in the spelling of your name, so how is your name pronounced?  Like Denise—just change the “D” to a “J” and you’ve got it!  FYI: I have deleted the accent that belongs over the “n” in my name because most search engines and websites are unable to read my name correctly with the accent.  The net result is weird characters and symbols appearing in text fields of websites, browsers and search engine postings.

 

May I bring a friend (relative, co-worker, etc.) with me to my Hypnotherapy (Psychic Reading) appointment?  As a general rule, other persons are not present in the room during hypnotherapy or psychic reading sessions I conduct with my clients.  Very personal and private issues often arise (especially repressed memories) during a session that clients are reluctant to revisit or discuss if someone else is present.  The friends, relatives or whomever are welcome to wait for you in the reception area during your session.

 

The most frequently asked questions about Hypnosis are:

J You’re not going to make me quack like a duck, are you? — NO!

J Am I going to be “out of control?” — NO!  Read on for more info.

Many people are afraid they will be out of control while under hypnosis.  The truth is...you are in complete control during the entire process.  There is no surrender of mind or control.  A person who does not want to be hypnotized cannot be hypnotized or be induced to do or say anything which violates their personal standards of behavior or integrity.  Any hypnotist can explain the actions or behaviors seen in stage, film or television shows, where the subject seems to follow directions mindlessly.  That’s Show Biz … and it is meant to be entertaining.  Entertainment films and TV show are often riddled with inaccuracies and/or are manipulated to create sensationalism and drama.

 

If I’ve already had a Psychic Reading or Reiki II Session with you, do I need to complete all the paperwork again if I desire to have another session? No, that will not be necessary.  Once you’ve taken advantage of either of these services your information will be on file.  All you need to do is call the office or send us an email to request another appointment and we will call you to schedule an appointment and finalize the billing process.

Where, when and from whom did you receive your Reiki Training?  I received my Reiki training from The Usui Reiki Center in Santa Barbara, CA—September 1996.  The class was taught by my Reiki Masters, Denise and John Crundall from Melbourne, Australia.

Are you a Reiki Master?  I’ve mastered the Reiki energy but I am not a Reiki Master.  Reiki is an invaluable healing tool utilized within my healing ministry but I’ve always known that becoming a Reiki Master was not to be part of my spiritual path.  Reiki facilitated taking me from where I was [spiritually] to where I am today. I consider it as a bridge that assisted me in crossing the gap between ‘what was’ and what ‘now is.’  I cannot express adequately what Reiki has brought to my personal and professional life...it has truly been a Gift from God!

 

May I request an Absent Healing or Psychic Reading for another person? In most cases the answer is “No.” There are several reasons why this is so:

 

· Generally speaking it is inappropriate to request a session to be done on another person because the intent of the request could possibly be out of alignment.  For example:

             A) The recipient may not have conscious knowledge of the request having been     

                 made; or would not have requested a session on their own; etc.

             B) The person asking for the session of another may be doing so to gain

                 information that they normally would not be privy to, which is completely

                 inappropriate.

· These sessions are very personal and they are always private.  The information that is revealed in theses sessions can only be appropriately shared by the recipients with their full knowledge and consent.*

 

*Please note on the Order Form that the correct name and address of the person for whom the healing session is being conducted is required.  We will do everything we possibly can to prevent the content of these sessions from being mailed, released or otherwise given to persons other than for whom they are intended.

 

FYI—I may not always know if something is amiss, but I can assure you that my Guidance will … because they have promised me that this shall be so. Should such a scenario take place, be forewarned that the information that most likely will come through will be totally false and misleading.  Why?  Guidance will see to it that the individuals privacy remains intact by preserving integrity. “If the Intent is pure, so shall be the information that pours forth.” ___Divine Mother
